Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Gough Industries, Inc., d/b/a Onsen Labs. Below are the terms of our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Orders ship at a calculated rate to be determined during checkout depending on shipping service selected, including a $5.00 packaging and handling fee for domestic orders, or a $20.00 packaging and handling fee for international orders. Services offered vary by destination and may include FedEx Ground Home Delivery, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx 2 Day AM, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, or FedEx First Overnight.
All orders require an 18+ older Adult Signature Required. Estimated ground delivery time is 3-7 business days within the continental US.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
We shall not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
